I have tried to name him, but could never settle on a name I liked. For some reason I don't tend to name things, even my childhood stuffed animals were just called whatever animal they were (or animal + some defining feature if there were duplicates, I had brown kitty, gray kitty, white kitty, and blue kitty at one point).

I also have an R2-D2 travel coffee mug from the same brand!
