Star Wars fandom has come a long way since I first started reading fic and hanging out on message boards in the early/mid 2000s. Fic for Andor has been really appreciative of Mon Mothma, which is nice considering I came up in the days where she was often treated as the final boss villain in post-ROTJ fic.

The dinner party scene where she starts bringing Tay Kolma into the Rebellion business is one of my favorites in the entire series! Obviously I love the main Cassian plot, but Mon holds a special place in my heart and I just love how the show is handling her, and that the fandom has come around on her in the past ~15 years.
